From the first walk-round to every service after

You deal with the same company from the survey to the service visits. Here is what each stage involves.

    Site survey

    We walk the property with you, mark the weak points and check power, battery backup and signal where the kit will go.

  2. 02

    Itemised quote

    A written quote listing every device, where it will be mounted and what it costs, so you can compare like for like.

  3. 03

    Installation and handover

    We install and test every zone, camera and gate, then show you the keypad, the app and the remotes before we leave.

  4. 04

    Servicing and support

    Service visits check batteries, beams and fence lines, which matters most after storms and power cuts. Log a fault by phone or WhatsApp.
